A deposition was given November 29, 2010 by NJ Superior Court review Pharmacologist, who stated of record that medical records (Senator Dr. Coburn's Medco vioxx prescriptions) were missing. Records support that both Senator Dr. Coburn, Merck & Co., Merck Pharmacy Trust (Medco) were withheld from the $4.85 billion class action settlement. It can only be surmised that Dr. Coburn and Dr. Kenneth Craig had a morbidity rate that exceeded that of the 2004 medline vioxx study report of heart patients that experienced 17% death rate of 59,000 patients. Dr. Coburn and Dr. Craig have sequestered these records as the morbidity rate due to vioxx used as an anesthetic pain relief, in lieu of morphine based pain medication, resulted in a 90% - 98% morbidity rate among his seriously ill patient. Keith Hardesty survived repeated heart attacks, strokes, and respiratory arrest. Thus Mr. Hardesty, among other "Good Shepard Clinic" patients/families have been denied their medical records, and participation in the class action lawsuit. Thousands of reports were rendered by this expert (11-29-10), and paid by Merck; he stated proof of the existance of these record is undeniable! COME CLEAN DR. "NO", IT'S YOUR CHRISTIAN DUTY!!!!
